Olympic (win or lose)

A few years ago at the Seattle Special Olympics, nine contestants, all physically or mentally disabled, assembled at the starting line for the 100 yard dash. At the gun, they all started out, not exactly in a dash, but with a relish to run the race to the finish and win. All, that is, except one boy who stumbled on the asphalt, tumbled over a couple of times and began to cry The other eight heard the boy. They slowed down and looked back. They all turned around and went back. Every one of them. One girl with Down’s syndrome bent down and kissed him and said,” This will make it better.” All nine linked arms and walked across the finish line together. Everyone in the stadium stood, and the cheering went on for several minutes. People who were there are still telling the story. Why? Because deep down we know one thing . What matters most in this life is more than winning for ourselves. What truly matters in this life is helping others win, even if it       means slowing down and changing our course.

Pizza

We want to cook pizza. So we need 200 grams of mince meat,sausage and mushrooms;An onion and one bell pepper;3 tablespoons tomato paste;some cheese pizza,salt,pepper an thyme. For cooking: we chop onion and fry it,then we add mince meat,thyme,salt and pepper. After the meat has changed color,we add a tablespoon of tomato paste and taft it for 5 minutes. We flatten pizza bread. Then we taft 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with oil.and spread it on pizza bread and throw a little cheese on it. Then we already crushed the mushrooms,sausage and pepper.So we put their on bread.And we cover it with cheese pizza. Then we wait for until the bread rest for 10 minutes.Then we put it in microwave at 180 C for 20 minutes....

weightlifting

My cousin and I play weightlifting. My cousin often is funny. But at practice , he is serious. We play at gym. We practice twice a week, on sundays and wednesdays. We start at 9 A.m or 4 P.m . My coach,My coach is very quiet and is tall. He wears red t-shirt and yellow sneakers. Finally,when we come back home,we are tired ; So we sleep for 2 hours. When we wake up , the time is 10 p.m . So we eat dinner and we play game for 2 hours. Then we listen to music , then we watch an English movie, and then we sleep again

Mahya

Mahya works in an office. Five days a week, she gets up early in the morning. She eats breakfast quickly and then leaves home. She gets on a bus and goes to the office. There, she types the letters and does other things. At lunch time, she goes to a restaurant near the office. She sometimes goes to the shops to buy something or to look at the things in the shop-windows. At 5:30 Mahya's office hours end and she goes home by taxi. She lives with her parents. They are old and need her help.They are really lucky to have such a nice and kind daughter.

Foreign country

Let's think you are in a foreign country.If you don't know the language of that country ; you may have a lot of problems. Here is the story about two Americans traveling in Spain. They could not speak a word of Spanish and one day , while sitting in a restaurant in a small village , they wanted to order their food. One of them wanted a glass of milk. The waiter was not able to understand. Finally, on a piece of paper the man drew a picture of a cow, and tried to show to the waiter that from a cow one gets milk. The waiter looked at the picture a long time. Finally, he left and was away for an hour. When he returned he had two tickets for a bullfight....
